Shipping Policy
We courier our products anywhere in South Africa and we'll always strive to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Our courier services are outsourced and you’ll be liable for the shipping fees if your order is below R1200.
We will communicate all shipping information regarding your order.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and all custom orders have a lead time of at least 3 working days it may happen that the production is quicker.
We can not guarantee timely delivery from our shipping partners but we trust they will always do their best to deliver on time.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have received the incorrect order or unhappy with the quality of the product please email us at info@lunalumie.co.za. Please note the product needs to be returned in its original packaging and we will happily replace the product in question.

Unfortunately for any custom/personalised orders, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange due to the nature of the order.
