  • Tea vs Herbal Teas ?
    A beverage made from the leaves and buds of the shrub Camellia sinensis with may contain caffeine . Herbal tea or the other hand is an infusion or blend of various leaves, fruits, bark, roots, or flowers belonging to almost any edible plant, these are commonly known as tisanes and most don't contain caffeine.
  • Is tea good for your health?
    Tea has been consumed for ages and has always been regarded as the safest beverage. Tea is the most popular beverage in the world because of its attractive aroma, exceptional taste, health promoting and pharmaceutical potential.
  • How do I brew tea?
    This all depends on the type of tea blend you have purchased. Generally we recommend you add one teaspoon of the blend in the reusable cotton tea tag included or in your favourite tea infuser then place in a mug and add hot water and allow to steep for 5-7min. For bigger tea batches you should use increase the amount of the blend (leaves) depending of the size of tea pot, to get a flavourful brew.
  • How long should I keep my tea?
    We recommend the product be consumed within two years of indicated production date, simply to ensure the best flavour.
  • Are the teabags the same quality as loose leaf?
    Yes! We use the same loose leaf blends in our nylon pyramid teabags.

    Unfortunately our personalized mugs/bottle only come with our pamper boxes.
